A Summary of the Inaugural "A Beautiful You" Conference...

Our first annual conference was a huge success!
Sixty-one middle school girls and 9 high school mentors attended "A
Beautiful You: Exploring Inside Out!" on January 23rd, 2010. We had
over 25 girls on a waiting list and hope to make the next conference
available to more girls! Attendees came from Clermont, Groveland,
Minneola, Leesburg, Lady Lake, Tavares, Umatilla, Eustis, and Mt. Dora.
The attendees were from public schools, private schools and home schooled.
The conference explored Nutrition, Aromatherapy/Skin Care, Journaling, and
Goal Setting. We listened to inspirational women from our community,
for example,
Judge Donna Miller. We enjoyed healthy snacks and kicked off our
shoes, danced, laughed and made new friends!
