Mark A. Johnson works as a Unit Manager for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. It is the largest federal prison in the United States. He is a transformational speaker whose audiences include school age students, inmates, churches, as well as other organizations. His “High Impact Dramatization Experience”, HIDE is an impactful presentation geared toward youth addressing: Bullying, choices, drugs, gangs, crime and education. He is a certified Dream Coach and Dream Coach Group Leader, True Purpose Coach, work shop presenter, Prince Hall Mason and Rotarian. Mark obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University and Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, Kansas City, Kansas. He is a disabled veteran.
This community oriented individual served on several boards, mentored in several local programs and assisted in creating the Children's Home Society Model Program and served as its first male mentor. He has been on local and national radio and Lake TV. He has also been featured in the “Go Forth Prison Magazine” of the Florida Department of Corrections for his partnering efforts at creating a transitional re-entry Life Coaching program for state inmates. He is also the founder of Life to the Brim, an organization established with the intention of helping others achieve their dreams. He has Authored two books, Multiple Streams of Success and the DreamBook (a life coaching book for teens). He is currently working on two more books, Nana Where’s My Daddy and Life Sentence. Kim Varnadore joined State Farm in 1997 at the Winter Haven operations center as an underwriter. In 1999 she was promoted to supervisor, and worked with State Farm agents in Broward, Dade, Alachua and Marion Counties. In 2001, Kim decided to be her own boss and began pursuing a career as a State Farm Agent. She opened her agency May 1, 2006 in South Leesburg and moved her agency to Tavares in August 2010.
Kim received a Bachelor’s degree in History/Secondary Education from Palm Beach Atlantic University and prior to her State Farm life Kim worked in academia teaching Economics, American History, Geography and Reading.
Kim stays busy with service as a mentor with Take Stock in Children of Lake and Sumter Counties, as a youth group leader at Liberty Baptist Church, as a chair for the Clyde F. Green Foundation for Children, and as a member of the Tavares Safe Harbor Kiwanis Club. Kim is also currently working to obtain the Charted Financial Underwriter Designation.
Kim enjoys helping clients plan for their future and manage their finances in retirement and she spends her free time enjoying her husband, Duane and her two sons, Zach and Tyler. |

Carly Sullens has been an art therapist for over 13 years. She is a highly skilled therapist who working with clients on such issues as; Depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, trauma-related issues, life transitions, creative blockages and grief and loss. She works closely supporting women through feminine life transitions with a special interest in girls coming of age, fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, adoption, postpartum and birth trauma.
Carly earned her Master of Arts degree in Art Therapy from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She has also continued to expand her knowledge with additional training to work specifically with women who are pregnant and the postpartum period that follows. Carly is a certified ‘Birthing From Within’ childbirth educator and Doula.
In addition, she is a professional painter, having shown her art in both solo and group exhibits. Her work has been presented locally and nationally on various topics related to art therapy, childbirth and postpartum. She is also a published independent writer. |

Amye King is the director of Growth Management for the Lake County Board of County Commissioners and has been with Lake County government since 2003. Amye was born in San Francisco and moved at age 14 from Los Angeles to Kingsport, TN.
In the Tri-Cities, she earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree at East Tennessee State University. While attending ETSU, Amye danced with the Mountain Movers, a modern dance company and directed theatrical productions such as Blind Desire and Arsenic and Old Lace. Her graduate work was in public administration, with a focus on urban and regional planning.
After her graduate work, she worked for several Tennessee cities and served as planner for the State of Tennessee. Her experience and education lead to her membership with the American Institute of Certified Planners in 2003.
For the last decade, Amye has been an active member of the Golden Triangle YMCA. She is a certified instructor in Foundations of Group Exercise, Healthy Lifestyle Principles, Xeriball and Flexibility Training. Amye has enjoyed dance all of her life and has been a certified Zumba instructor since 2010. Amye's proudest achievement is to be Anderson’s mom since 2007 and T.J.’s wife since 2001. |

Traci Brosman is co-founder of World Wellness Education and owner of Coaching to Success. In addition to being a local television and radio host, Traci has traveled the circuit as a professional speaker and author. Traci is dedicated to encouraging and inspiring others through her work and believes in the value of doing what it takes to improve her life and the lives of those she meets.
